Chandragiri Fort – 17th century fort was built on the banks of the Chandragiri river in Kasaragod district, has become a popular tourist destination. The two sides of the chandragiri fort are facing the sea. One can see beautiful sunset from the Fort.  This large squarish fort is 150 feet (46 m) above sea level and spans an area of about seven acres.
