Responsible for maintaining company accounts
Maintaining transaction records, helping in budget planning,.
Preparing balance sheet reports.
Maintaining sale purchase banking payroll debtors Tally bills Entry follow up.
Handling Tally bills verification, Bank Entries cheques, cash transaction, Audit, Book keeping, Journal Entry, TAX Returns, Taxation.
SKILL needed: Finalization GST, TDS, TALLY and filings.
Reports maintenance for all transactions and billing.
Monitoring attendance, PF/ESI,
Assists with monthly status reports, and monthly closings
Files, maintains, and distributes accounting documents, records, and reports.
Performs other duties as required to support Accounting Department
Having hands-on experience in accounting software like Tally, quick books is an added advantage.
Desired Candidate Profile
Any GRADUATE / DEGREE.
Strong Oral and written communication Skills English and Kannada.
Proficient in Programs including power point, MS office, and Excel.
Strong interpersonal skills must be able to negotiate and problem solve.
2-3 years of relevant experience in an office Environment.
