Asst. Manager – HR and Operation Eligibility Criteria – MBA or relevant degree with min 5 yrs relevant experience. Responsible for the entire organization function including employee relations, recruitment, employee engagement, employee policies, personal record keeping, resume data bank management, employee grievances, leave management and operations.
Training / Program Coordinator Eligibility Criteria – PG or any degree with min 5 yrs relevant field Responsible for planning, administration & marketing of US based training. Manage students’ enrolments, classes in coordination with SMEs & trainers, operations & BD. Budget planning, Training evaluation, feedback analysis. Fluent / native English accent required. Timing US Shift
