Job Purpose and Impact The Automation Implementation Process Implementation Supervisor will be responsible for global processes design coordination to ensure alignment within the area technologies. In this role, you will lead a team that provides knowledge on global implementation strategies and process technology related to the end to end process within different regions.
Key Accountabilities Act as process implementation lead for regional projects in different phases to ensure sustainable operating results. Deliver large scale project outputs and support the most complex issues to provide solutions. Oversee technology implementations and provide advice to partners involved in the process within the region. Ensure technology and process design enabled solutions meets the global process organization needs. Provide guidance and architectural oversight during requirements, design, build and test phases. Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions. Other duties as assigned
Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience Minimum of 10+ years of related work experience with 4+ in Managing Automation delivery portfolio leading automation; Scrum/ Agile team members Other minimum qualifications may apply
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Five years of supervisory experience Experience working in technology deployment, project management and continuous improvement. Strong skills on Automation Anywhere / UiPath IPA tool / Power Automate, which helps to gather requirements from functions and stakeholders to develop best automation solutions Expertise in delivering ICR/OCR, AI/ML technologies & Proficiency/ Knowledge in scripting Python, VB, SQL macros etc..
