| Qualification | 3 years Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from Institutes recognized by AICTE |
| Experience | Minimum 5 years experience in 4 star and above category hotels, and out of which minimum one year shall be in the position of Chef. |
| Documents to be attached | Application for the post of Consultant Chef on contract, proof of qualification, experience and two passport size photographs. |

Candidates satisfying the above requirements may send the duly filled application form in the prescribed format as uploaded in the official website, www.ktdc.com along with self attested copies of the certificates for proof of age, qualification & experience superscribing the post applied for, by e-mail to [email protected] and hard copies of the same by ordinary post to the following address so as to reach this office before 5.15 p.m on 24th February, 2021. After conducting scrutiny, the eligible candidates have to attend a written test for 20 marks, trade test for 60 marks and an interview for 20 marks within one week from the last date of submission of application, which will be intimated to the eligible candidates through e-mail and telephone call.
