Good language, mentoring skills and academic rigour- belief in social justice, communal harmony and constitutional nationalism- willingness to work specially for orphan, destitute, and socially and economically backward students in the college-good work ethic, ability to improve with feedback.
Assistant Professors in English / Journalism
MA in English / Journalism with 55% Marks • Either NET/Ph.D. -Salary: 2,50,000 – 3,48,000 (per annum) plus performance-based annual bonus of upto 42,000 – 58,000 (upto two months’ salary).
Business Administration Consultant Faculty
MBA with at least 5 years’ teaching experience – innovative, business school teaching strategies- exposure to the ways of the industry. Salary: Rs. 2,000 – 2,500 (per day).
English Language Tutors (Online/Offline)
English MA graduates with excellent listening, reading, writing and speaking skills- ability to incorporate innovative theatre-based exercises. Residential preferred. Salary: Rs. 20,000 • Rs. 22,000 + food and accommodation (per month).
Part Time/Visiting Female Sports and Games Faculty
Experienced, motivated and imaginative faculty who could devise a system for the sports and games activities of girls and build a college team. Salary: Rs. 1,500 – 2,000 (per day).
