Execute excellent communication skills, with a good telephone manner and be confident in dealing with a wide variety of people in UK.

  • Answering calls/ emails from staff and customers and communicating with them to know their availability (days they are available) and requesting to cover the shifts.
  • Working in the bridge of communication between staff and client i.e. Shift allocation, Shift cancellation, Early/Late start, Staff replacement
  • Plan and execute the staff allocation to cover the shifts
  • Sending the shift allocation message. (Includes the home names, time, date) to the staff.
  • Sending the shift allocation message. (Includes the home names, time, date) to the staff.
  • Updating the shifts details /Duty roster from home in the software. (Receiving shifts through Email, Phone, SMS).
  • Keep a record of each staff regarding their shift pattern (Preferred Day/night/early/late shifts)
  • Arranging transportation for those who require transportation.
  • Communicate with the nursing homes about the covered or uncovered shifts.
  • Resolving the Issues between the staff and client, patiently by not affecting the shift coverage
