As an Operations Executive, you will support all departments & teams in their daily operations. You are required to report to the director’s office. Your role will involve implementing new processes, software and use Excel to find actionable insights.

What you’ll do:
Use Excel to set up processes
Write articles, case studies and announcements to convey ideas across teams and customers
Manage day to day operations of all the departments: Use tech and processes
Report directly to the directors for strategic planning and decisions
Work across departments & teams – Allocate leads to sales teams, freelancers & agencies for marketing, prepare reports, assist HR and finance, prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics
Support back-office and firm-wide programs & policies
Understand & adopt new softwares to drive efficiencies in the company
Work closely with the management team to ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions within the firm are being properly executed

What you’ll bring:
You have an MBA or a degree/diploma in business management or related field
Excellent proficiency in Excel with advanced knowledge of pivot tables, lookups, etc.
Excellent English communication skills to coordinate among teams
Excellent English writing skills to prepare articles, case studies and announcements
You pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics
