Roles and Responsibilities:
Identifying and establishing new leads via on-field sourcing/ online / referrals.
Visit (online or in-person) doctors and demonstrate or present our product
Structured follow-ups with clients to ensure deal closure
Train clients for successful on-boarding.
Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
Write reports and document MOM for BD lead to follow up.
Understand customer needs and relay to the tech team.
1-3 years prior sales experience in end customer focused product companies
Hunter instinct to chase down monthly targets
Deeply empathetic and respectful of people
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, past experience of building strong relationships.
A strong Customer focus is very important.
Natural extrovert. Conversing with people feeds your energy.
Any Graduate/ Engineering/ B.Pharma.
Nice to have:
Phone and email etiquettes to effectively address client queries and provide effective resolution.
Healthcare Background is a plus
Experience working in startup ecosystem
Not a passionate job hopper
