The Four Seasons Resort Bora Bora is located on an island paradise in the Pacfique South , including 108 bungalows on the water newly renovated and 7 villas beaches , a spa- cathedral , several restaurants outside , and offer many activities and experiences. In the heart of the lagoon and with a view of the majestic Mount Otemanu , the Resort has been named ” Best Epic Stay” in the world for 3 consecutive years by AFAR.

We are recruiting a Spa Practitioner:

Carry out all of the card treatments offered to customers by following protocols, Four Seasons standards and health and safety rules;
Know the different products and services offered to customers within the framework of the Spa, the prices and the availability dates;
Speak to customers in a smiling, relaxing, natural, courteous and professional voice ;
Seize all opportunities in interactions with the customer to practice additional sales (products or care);
Ensure the installation of cabins before each treatment, the restocking of the products, linens and tools necessary for the treatment;
Ensure the proper use, maintenance and cleaning of the equipment used after the treatment;
Take charge of customers by paying close attention to requests, carry them out and seek to exceed them, in compliance with Four Seasons quality criteria;
Know the Resort as well as the various points of sale available to customers in order to be able to offer any assistance;
Know the other departments of the hotel and their roles;
Master and respect safety and emergency procedures and apply them calmly and professionally;
Accept and assume all directives regarding the execution of tasks, discipline and working hours from the supervisor and / or manager;
Receive with tact and diplomacy any comments or complaints from customers and report them immediately to management in order to follow up with the customer;
Report any minor or significant incident to the manager.
